Job description
We are looking for a Marketing manager with a strong background in building marketing organizations and scaling marketing efforts for digital products. Within the role, you will be responsible for leading GuestJoy marketing – developing marketing strategy and overseeing its execution across multiple channels to boost GuestJoy’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine marketing and growth strategy for GuestJoy in a niche market
- Own the marketing function
- Generate leads for sales
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including SEO, PR & communication, product marketing, and email marketing campaign
- Drive analysis and market data-driven decisions on new marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Work on establishing our visibility in a niche market
- Participate in leadership activities
Who you are
- You are a positive and energetic person
- You have 3+ years of experience as a digital marketer
- You have strong expertise in SEO, PR, and social with proven results
- You have strong analytical skills and are able to analyse relevant data from multiple sources to make well-informed decisions
- You have excellent communication skills
- You feel comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment (start-up experience is not a must)
- You are performance-oriented and results-driven, always keen to find creative ideas, take initiative and experiment
