GuestJoy is looking for a Customer Care Specialist who cares about clients and their well being. You will be part of a team, who works with hotels all over the world and your responsibility will be searching for new opportunities to present GuestJoy.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and initiative
  • Communication is important to you
  • You believe that today’s world technology is an important key to success
  • You are very persistent
  • Customer focused
  • Working experience in the hospitality field
  • Experience working in technical customer support
  • Fluent in English
  • You are tech savvy and self-motivated

Responsibilities

  • Your main focus is our clients
  • Consult hotels with different questions via email and phone
  • Make suggestions to hotels to increase their performance
  • Check data quality and analyze it
  • Follow customer satisfaction KPIs
  • You need to be very proactive and talk with customers
