Is my customer data secure?
Ensuring that your data is secure is our foremost priority. As a company based in Estonia, we are subject to the GDPR, and as such we are 100% compliant with it.
Do you connect to my PMS or CRM system?
We have established integrations with some of the most common systems, including Opera, Fidelio, HotSoft, MEWS, BookingSuite, and more, so there is a good chance that connecting to GuestJoy will be straightforward!
Which languages does GuestJoy support?
GuestJoy can communicate with your guests in 18 languages, and we are constantly adding new languages on a demand-basis.

When do emails get sent?
The short answer is – you decide when! You have complete control over when emails should be sent at each point of the guest’s journey.
What support do I receive as a customer?
All our customers have access to unlimited support via our fantastic team. We’re available to assist 5 days a week, 09:00 – 18:00EEST.
If you have a quick question, the fastest way to get an answer is via our in-app chat, where our team will respond within a couple of minutes! If you have a more complex question, you can reach us at support@guestjoy.com, where we will provide you with a fast response.

How can I cancel my account?
You can cancel the account anytime by informing your account manager. But you have to follow the contract terms.
Can GuestJoy communicate with guests who booked via booking.com?
Absolutely! GuestJoy emails sent to your guests with a booking.com masked email address will receive your emails in their personal inbox, like any other guest!
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, they are.
What are the payment methods and periods?
The payment method is an invoice and the period is a quarter.
How long are your contracts?
We have two types of contracts – 12 months and 24 months.
