Tallinn, 29 August 2017 GuestJoy a leading hotel upsell and review solution provider for the hotel industry is pleased to announce the new partnership with Baltic Hospitality & Retail Systems (BHRS). This integration enhances GuestJoy’s system to connect directly with more than 30 hotels in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

This integration impacts the hotel service bottom line and it will shorten the additional services booking and review collecting process.  With the data such as booking confirmation,  arrival and departure dates will give assistance to GuestJoy’s partner hotels to send emails introducing additional products or service to their guest in advance and collect guests feedback immediately after their guest has checked out.
