GuestJoy Signs 8 New Hotels in One Month of Operation in The Czech Republic

Just one month after announcing its entry into the Czech Republic, GuestJoy, the Official Partner of TripAdvisor, announces 8 hotels already signed to join its existing portfolio of clients

Prague, 12 June 2017: GuestJoy, the leading revenue and review solution provider for the hotel industry is pleased to announce that, just one month after announcing its entry into the Czech Republic, it has already signed up 8 hotels to join its existing portfolio of hotels operating in Central Europe. With 290 four and five-star hotels presently operating in Prague, Guestjoy’s focus is clearly aimed at this category in its early days of operation, although, with customer service being one of the most important areas for all hotels to differentiate themselves in, the team from GuestJoy do not discount any hotel from being a potential customer.

Talking about this, Annika Ülem, Co-founder and Sales Director of GuestJoy said:

”We are selling a tool that increases a hotel’s ability to provide a great customer service, so it makes sense that we, ourselves, need to do the same and we do not, therefore, want to be talking to too many hotels at once as we want to ensure that they receive a great customer service from us as well! Our plan for the Czech market, where there are so many hotels operating, is to take a systematic approach to our marketing: targeting the four and five star hotels in Prague first, and then we plan to move out into the regions as well as meeting with smaller, boutique hotels as we go along.”

As part of its marketing launch, the team of GuestJoy is taking part in an upcoming conference in Prague that takes place on June 15 in the Art Nouveau Palace Hotel and focuses on the various online tools that hotels have at their disposal in order to improve its customer and general service.
